I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the essentials, which made my stay comfortable. While the staff was mostly accommodating, I did encounter some rudeness over the phone. The location was convenient for the event I was attending, but the dining options were really disappointing. Although the facilities were decent, the overall value for money felt a bit off.
